July 1951 Motor Trend Magazine
EX Condition – Magazine is complete with very minor cover wear and creasing, including a bit of staining on the logo area and on the middle section near the spine. The spine shows some subtle use wear and the pages are excellent with some slight yellowing mostly around the edges due to age.
This Issue includes: Spotlight on Detroit; Custom Creations; Jeep Gymkhana in Hemet, California, from the third-annual DeAnza Trail Jeep Cavalcade; The Excalibur concept; The Rebuilt Engine Bracket; Coverage of the Palm Springs Road Race; Motor Trial Lincoln; The auto industry’s investment in tomorrow; Sports Trial – Sunbeam Talbot; Johnny Zaro’s 1941 Ford Convertible built by Barris Kustom; Customize your car’s interior; Tendance Continental – Turin – Custom Car Capitol; What’s Your Idea?; Sporting Scene – Cunningham Challenger; Classic Comments – The Imperial Chrysler; Duster Days - How it Began; Accessory Trials – the Scintilla Vertex Magnito; plus more great Motor Trend magazine editorial.
A nice, vintage issue of Motor Trend that will make a nice addition to most any collection.
