Gary Bolger was a veteran NHRA Funny Car driver whose career spanned more than three decades. Getting his start racing stockers in Illinois, he transitioned into the Funny Car class during the mid-1960s. Bolger achieved career success driving for the Creasy family, securing three top-ten points finishes and two national event runner-up finishes while becoming a popular fixture of the national circuit.
