Son of legendary drag racer Warren Johnson, Kurt Johnson established a stellar NHRA Pro Stock career of his own after earning 1993 Rookie of the Year honors. Known for precision driving and engine tuning, he made drag racing history in 1994 by recording Pro Stock's first-ever six-second pass. Over his prominent career, he amassed 39 national event victories, famously piloting the ACDelco Chevrolet.
